To promote government responsibility the taxation system should be simplified to a Local, a State, and a Federal tax that is collected by whatever type of tax the constituency decides would be best. The voters should then use a referendum every four years minimum to increase or decrease the tax rate by up to 1% per year.

If there is enough money to be made people will be willing to break any law. Decriminalizing something reduces the profit margin for providing that product or service and automatically reduces the violence and the law enforcement costs.

One Law Constitutional Amendment: No citizen may be jailed unless they have harmed another against the will of the victim.

We need a defect tracking system for government. Software and product development groups use defect tracking software to record and track progress on problems and solutions.

Every society and community in the world has a majority of people that believe in the concept of The One Law but many of them do not feel that they should hold others responsible. For any community there must be majority that is providing the labor and/or creativity to survive. The people that violate The One Law are a cancer on society and if they become the majority the society will fail.

Hate is a strong emotion that should be used against those that harm others for their benefit or pleasure.

If the solution to a problem is the best for everyone then there will always be a profit to everyone that contributed to the solution.

If you allow the government to make all of your decisions for you then you are saying that the government knows better than you on what will make you happy. In this situation you will always feel that the government is not doing enough for you.

The government cannot provide a product or service to you at a cost that is lower than a private company. The only reason to ask the government to provide you with a product or service is because you want the government to force others to pay for that product or service with taxes.

The primary mission of the United Nations should be to punish any nation from threatening or harming another nation no matter how large or small the nation. Instead the United Nations has become an international income redistribution scheme that takes from the governments of the prosperous nations and gives to the governments of the impoverished nations without any determination or judgment of the cause of the poverty.

The primary cause of the poverty in the majority of these impoverished nations is a corrupt government that the United Nations is propping up with aid money that is not even reaching the people. All international aid should be directly distributed to the people of the impoverished country by the relief organization to ensure that it gets to the people and prevent it from being misused by that nation’s government.

Any harm or threat of harm by the government or people of one nation against another should be defended by all nations.

You can be doing what you think is best for another but it is their decision whether they appreciate that assistance. You are not helping if they do not want that help.

Thinking is very hard work. If you do not feel that thinking is hard work then you probably have not been trying very hard.

Civilization requires only One Law: Never harm another for your benefit or pleasure and always defend yourself from harm.

Any local government that abides by the One Law should be allowed to take precedence over any higher level of government.

Everybody can have a feeling on the solution to any given problem. It takes work to find the facts required to develop the best solution to that problem.

A feeling about what would be the best solution to a given problem is the same as a guess.

One Law Independent: Someone who: allows others to find the best solutions to their problems, helps others when they need and ask for help, and holds others responsible for the consequences of their actions.

The person that is the closest to the problem is usually the person with enough information to develop the best solution to that problem. Local governments are closest to the people and should assist citizens when need help but the citizens must expect to pay for that assistance. If the problem affects everyone they should be willing to help pay for the solution.

The Palestinians should not be given a nation of their own until they decide that killing others that are different from themselves will not be tolerated and that the borders that they have been offered are satisfactory.
%%It doesn’t matter what the cause is or the emotions involved, there is no excuse for harming another for your benefit or pleasure.
